Lab Intro
In class we were into groups, and we were each given a different topic that relates to problems teens have today. My groups topic was grades/school. We did lots of research about school and teens' grades and what made kids do bad in certain subjects. At first, my group didn't exactly find lots of info about grades specifically. We decided to make some changes and wrote many hypotheses about the affect social media has on teens. After doing lots and lots of research on our new statement, we each wrote individual introduction paragraphs as if we were to write an essay about the topic.
Instrument Project
For our instrument project we had to make our own instruments. We made wind instruments, string instruments, percussion instruments and made multiple in one. The instrument had to make at least five different notes or sounds and had to have three detachable parts to meet the requirements and get a good grade. It was a long process making the instrument and making sure it worked. We had to draw many sketches until we got the best idea for our project. In the end we presented our projects with our groups and played songs on our instruments. I played jingle bells on my "pan-flute."
Isometric Drawings
In Physics we drew many isometric drawing to learn how to draw isometrically in our sketching books . We had to learn how to draw 3-D figures so that we can draw our instruments the same way.
